Visiting a church can be overwhelming. If this is your first time as a guest, you may have lots of questions such as what time is service, is there praise and worship, where can I park, and is there a nursery or classes for children.

This section will give you all the details about what to expect when you visit with us. We’re glad you’ve found our church! We hope you’ll find us to be an encouraging, friendly group of people. While we don’t make any claims to be perfect, we are regularly discovering truths that are changing us individually and enriching our lives as a church community.
In fact, it’s so good that we think it’s worth sharing!
The people in our congregation are like you—trying to find the time and energy to fit everything in each week and keep life in balance. To do that we’re convinced that we need wisdom and love beyond our own limited capacities. That’s why we set aside time every week to worship God and learn from his Book, the Bible. In our Bible study time and worship services both young and old learn principles for successful living that work not only on Sundays, but every other day of the week.
While we don’t make any claims to be perfect, we are regularly discovering truths that are changing us individually and enriching our lives as a church community.
Another source of strength and joy is the support that we give each other. Lots of encouragement comes from being with people from a variety of backgrounds and interests who care about each other! How helpful it is to listen to the wisdom of older Christians and enjoy the exuberance of our children. And what a comfort to receive encouragement and support from church friends in time of crisis. Now, aren't you glad you found us!
Joining a church is a big decision, and we are honored that you have or are considering connecting with us. Each week, we extend an opportunity for a person to respond to the gospel during one of these four invitations.
Salvation
You accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and receive forgiveness of your sins. (Romans 10:9-10)
Reinstatement
You have accepted Christ but have strayed in your walk with Him. You rededicate yourself to Christ. (1 John 1:9)
Assurance
You receive absolute assurance if you are unsure of your salvation status. (1 John 5:13)
Church Membership
We extend membership to anyone who has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. (Hebrews 10:25)
Once you take the first step, our goal is to make your transition to membership as seamless as possible. We provide New Member Orientation designed to help you get to know us and learn more about Jesus Christ. If you have questions or would like more information, please contact us at 410-233-8558. We are happy to help you.
